5.04: The Little Prince

Huh...I totally don't get why this episode was called that, do you? Anyway, I'm in a time crunch and wish I had more time to blog because this was an awesome episode!! Quick comments/questions:
- What do you think is causing the nosebleeds among only some of the Island Losties? We know length of time on the island doesn't cause it cuz the newbies are affected and so is Juliette...
- who is sending people to kill Sayid from Kate's address?
- how awesome was Sawyer, it totally tore at my heartstrings to see the way he looked at past-Kate...
- Was it Robby who knew it was Ben trying to get Aaron from Kate? Awesome foresight there!!
- I/WE TOTALLY CALLED IT THAT JIN'S ALIVE!!! THAT WAS FREAKIN AWESOME!!
- I knew it was Danielle's boat when we saw the writing in French (yeah, dead giveaway)

Ok folks I'm out of town this weekend, have at it!!

I thought it was called "The Little Prince" in reference to Aaron. Or is it possible that was the name of Rousseau's boat in French? Not sure either.

- Are you sure length of the time doesn't cause it? Remember Farraday asked Miles, "Are you sure?" I think Charlotte was born on the island, which is why she is the most severe case. I am firmly coming to believe that Miles is the son of Chang, the Asian guy in the Dharma videos! Which is why he would be next. And then Juliette next, who has been living there for years.

- Well, actually, they don't seem to be trying to kill Sayid, just capture him. They're shooting tranquilizer darts, not bullets. Wouldn't shock me if it was Ben trying to get Sayid to run. We already know he's manipulating Kate and Jack and Hurley.

- I didn't post last week, but I knew Ben was behind trying to get Aaron from Kate too! Too obvious, put her in a situation where she wants to run and then give her a safe place to run to. Evil Ben!

- Did you see the look of shock on Jin's face when Danielle introduced herself?! He has NO idea what is going on! I didn't know for sure, but I hoped Jin was still alive! :)

- I still love how this show is tying all the previous seasons together now!

To be fair, I didn't bring it up. Someone else mentioned that they thought it was Ben who sent the Lawyers. I simply said that was my first thought about the situation too.

It was a good episode. I'll comment when I have more time.

P.S. Dan suspects it has to do with length of exposure to the Island, and when some of the new people doubted that because of only having been there a couple weeks, Dan made a comment like, "Have you really [only been here a couple weeks]? Are you sure?"

The time travel thing has the measurement of time all messed up. We do not know that Dan was wrong about the exposure to the Island.

The title was from the children's book "The Little Prince." It was even mentioned in the podcast that is what they were referring to. Give a read and a listen.

Yeah I recognized The Little Prince as the title of the children's book, but I didn't catch what it had to do w/ the episode...prob cuz I've never read it...

I stand corrected about the length of time causing the nosebleeds, good points about Charlotte possibly being born there and not knowing if Miles has ever been there before. Also good point that the people weren't trying to kill Sayid, only sedate/capture him. I suppose it could be Ben, but don't really get why he'd put in the effort if Sayid was going along w/ his plan anyway.

Yeah I loved Jin's expression when Danielle introduced herself, he has NO idea what's going on, poor guy...

Last night's LOST was really good. Unfortunately, I've slept since then, and can't remember much. Maybe I watch it again in the morning so I can comment further. Besides, typing in the dark is not easy for someone using three fingers and a thumb.

I hope you all are lovin' it like I am.
